Hi Dionna,
Nice to see you again!
Just wondering, what do you think about the 'Chieftain' information?

Interesting it is. The Chieftan is the big mystery? Is it Moses? and what becomes of Jesus? He does not return?

Good Morning, Dionna...
I'm up late tonight due to just getting off work, and I saw your post with several questions, and thought I'd give you my thoughts because I know how you feel. Each thing you learn brings forth many questions. But the articles if studied the way we have arranged them will really answer the questions if you stick to the way we've designed the curriculum.
I remember having ALL those kinds of questions after learning of the NGO and then coming in contact with Living Waters, when I was learning these deep truths from the Bible. Because it really gets your mind to thinking! Believe it or not, there are so many things in the Bible that JW's don't even have a clue about - because there are many bible scriptures have NO comments published by the WT... many important scriptures.
My experience in studying with the YORWW Bible Academy was for me to get a complete picture, I really had to start with the most fundamental articles and study them and concentrate on reading ALL the cited scriptures and meditate on them. They did fully explain these subjects, and then I build on my acquired knowledge and went on to the next article. This really was like re-learning about Jehovah's purposes, because since I was a JW since 1976, I have realized that there are so many errors in JW doctrine, and they've really messed up bible prophecy, so that many teachings just did not make sense after really thinking about them.
Also, the nature of this thing is that first of all, Satan does not want to see you learn divine truth. Plus the fact that anyone who hears that you are studying something different than WT teachings will have something to say about it, that was my experience even with close family members. So I decided right there and then that I could NOT listen to anyone tell me what to believe, it was between me and Jehovah God...I had to allow Jehovah to teach me through the scriptures. Because everyone has a different opinion. That's why it will take some time for you to systematically study each and every subject presented in Crossing Euphrates, and there is also Living Waters if you want to learn more after the fundamental subjects taught at C.E.
I was so happy I spent the time I did because now it all makes sense. I can see that this is the way Jehovah is going to use to straighten out his apostate people...the only way, since JW's broke the covenant with their apostasy. See...
JEHOVAH MUST ESTABLISH AN INDEFINITELY LASTING COVENANT, AND JEHOVAH'S PEOPLE WILL BE HUMILIATED BECAUSE THEY BROKE HIS COVENANT
(Ezekiel 16:59-63) 59 “For this is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah has said, ‘I also must do with you just as you have done, because you despised the oath in breaking [my] covenant. 60 And I, I myself, must remember my covenant with you in the days of your youth, and I must establish for you an indefinitely lasting covenant. 61 And you will certainly remember your ways and feel humiliated when you receive your sisters, the ones older than you as well as the ones younger than you, and I shall certainly give them to you as daughters, but not owing to your covenant.’ 62 “‘And I, I myself, will establish my covenant with you; and you will have to know that I am Jehovah, 63 in order that you may remember and actually be ashamed and you may no more come to have any reason to open [your] mouth because of your humiliation, when I make an atonement for you for all that you have done,’ is the utterance of the Sovereign Lord Jehovah.”
KEEP BREAKING COVENANT
(Ezekiel 44:6-7) 6 And you must say to Rebelliousness, to the house of Israel, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah has said: “That is enough of YOU because of all YOUR detestable things, O house of Israel, 7 when YOU bring in the foreigners uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, in order to come to be in my sanctuary so as to profane it, even my house; when YOU present my bread, fat and blood, while they keep breaking my covenant on account of all YOUR detestable things.
So, all in all, I personally recommend that you take the time to study in Crossing Euphrates, anonymously of course, and give yourself the time to work with us, let us help you if you have questions after reading each article. I do agree with Madmary, that taking a stand is what Jehovah would want us to do if we understand the deep seriousness of the situation of God's people. JW's are really "spiritual captives" to the WTBTS... See...
(Isaiah 49:9) 9 to say to the prisoners, ‘Come out!’ to those who are in the darkness, ‘Reveal yourselves!’ By the ways they will pasture, and on all beaten paths their pasturing will be.
So, what do you think of that?

Hi Dionna,
Dionna wrote:I find it odd that mosts JWS do not feel they are the ones to be disciplined.

Agreed. BTW, did my response make sense to you?
Here is the link where the response is made:

Hi Dionna-
How are you today? I hope, feeling better from last night with so many things happening in your life.
Here is something to think about. Had you ever considered
Revelation 5:9, 10 from the
Kingdom Interlinear New World Translation bible (released 1969)?
If you check, you will see it says in the literal verse-by-verse that the "kings" and "priests" that make up New Jerusalem will rule "ON THE EARTH." That's what the literal part of the verse says. But in the
New World Translation (regular JW bible), it translates that statement as saying, they will rule "OVER THE EARTH," rather than "on the earth." What do you think of that?
Doesn't that show God's Kingdom is really going to rule actually ON THE EARTH, rather than what the JWs teach that it will rule from heaven?
Any thoughts?
