Yes, this was new information for all of us at the kingdom hall, including me. I've been baptized since the mid-70s and was completely floored by all of this too...maybe shocked even.
But I found that it was all presented scripturally, also logically and reasonably. So, I decided to take the 90-day course, this summer 2 years ago. And it really paid off me. You see, all of the information you seek and asked about above, is completely laid out for you in the LivingWatersForum or School Academy. That's the whole purpose of the Academy. You see, there are between
150-200 articles posted over there to help explain this big, gigantic topic. And believe me, this is a very, very big topic.
In fact, we have a saying over here...you will need
scuba diving equipment over there at LWF, to go down, down and down more...very deep in the "living waters" to find Jehovah "pearls" of truth. Research and study has proved, a person really needs about 90 days to actually complete the entire bible study course over there, and fully absorb things taught there. And that's NOT counting the info you read here at Crossing Euphrates either. I'm talking about 90 days AFTER, after you leave Crossing Euphrates. You will still need more time (90-days) to study the deep info found at LivingWatersforum. There are some 25 forums over there with detail information in each and every forum.

That's the one that talks about God's Temple which gave out "living, healing waters" to all the nations for the "healing of the nations." At least you are "on the watch." But this situation is very, very similar to the Jews in the first century.
